Try Another Company

The quality of the flowers did not resemble the picture on the website (I have pictures to prove it!). Admittedly, this may have been because the courier must have had the package (in his van?!) for at least 2 days. Which brings me to my next point, don’t bother paying for a nominated delivery day. It may or may not arrive. Mine didn’t. Also, don’t bother ordering chocolates, due to delayed deliveries, they may or may not melt. Mine did. In summary, try another company. In my experience, Customer Service is what looked like one single generic automated response.
Very efficient in taking the payment though, there was no delay whatsoever!

sad bunch of cheap battered flowers unlike website

Very poor bunch of blooms and not worth the money at all. Flowers looked well past their best and embarrassingly unlike the ones shown on the website.
Would not ever use again. Feeling ripped off.

Awful

Awful. Do not use. Disgusting customer service. This is not a florist. It's a factory. I placed an order and emailed customer service to discuss the message I needed placed in the card as there was no contact number and the live chat does not work. It would not fit in the word count and it was important it was written in full. If it could not, I'd need to order elsewhere. It says on one review that the notes are hand written so I assumed there was a person involved in all this, not just robots. I received a response email saying they refused and were going to send the message and flowers as they were written. The card message stated 'I have emailed separately with the message as it is really important...'. Thanks Haute Flowers. If you could find the time to email me, surely you could find the time to call or email a colleague to amend a message. How to ruin a special gift! Horrible. Use a local florist and someone that cares.

Not impressed

Not impressed, what was delivered was nothing like what I ordered.
When the recipient sent a picture I was embarrassed,
won’t be using again

terrible service

Ordered flowers on Wednesday 10th for delivery on specified date of Mon 15th March. By end of Tuesday 16th still nothing. Only getting automated responses from company email. DO NOT USE this company. Go to a local florist instead. I am trying to obtain a refund and will be sharing further through media & tv. Really annoyed and frustrated.

This is an appalling company

This is an appalling company. Flowers ordered for 65th birthday on Sat . Money paid confirmation email received but no tracking. Flowers didn’t arrive. Spent 13 minutes on phone trying to get through, they don’t answer . They don’t respond to emails either. There may be some good reviews but do your research most reviews confirm what I am saying. Go elsewhere if you want to receive your flowers and if you want reliable contact with a company.

Delivery problems

Delivery was a day late after giving 4 days notice. Normally it wouldn’t bother me but this was incredibly important to get the delivery day right for personal reasons. I had a reply from Haute saying they would investigate but no one has replied. They should re-think the company that delivers the flowers.

Desperately disappointed!

Desperately disappointed that the flowers I ordered as a Birthday gift for my sister arrived 2 days late and in a very poor condition. Im sure this is due to the delivery company, who Haute flowers would need to contact on my behalf as the 48hr service used was not fulfilled. However, having contacted Haute flowers by several methods, I have only received an automated response to say they have received my message but no further contact to rectify the situation. (And yet I am repeatedly receiving emails advertising their company)!
Very, very disappointing and I would not recommend using their service at present.

Flowers never arrived, customer service terrible

I ordered some flowers and they never turned up. Still hadn't turned up by the following day. Took one email (still unanswered), FOUR HOURS on hold, and multiple attempts to get through to their customer service - and they only have webchat; no phone number. Was given no explanation, just a copy-and-paste "apology". They of course tried to fob me off with a "discount code for next time", which I told them I had no interest in. I still have no idea when or if the flowers will ever arrive, or what shape they'll be in after days spent in a dark box. I'll be contacting them for a refund... if I can ever get through to them again. I don't recommend this company. I'll update if the situation is rectified well.

Awful! Flowers not delivered and terrible customer service!

I would give 0 stars if I could! What a con. I ordered these flowers over a week before the delivery date and my friend did not receive them. The company has not responded to any emails or Twitter communication and for the extortionate price, you would expect much better. Have asked for a full refund!

Beautiful flowers- double check delivery address

Ordered bouquet for my aunt and flowers arrived promptly and I have seen a photo of them which is exactly as the photo online depicts them and they are beautiful! I can’t understand why there seems to be such a vast difference of opinion with the reviews. I would have given five stars but must warn other customers to double check recipient’s address, my aunt’s village name was missing on a drop down auto population, which I only noticed after completing the order late in the evening, I immediately emailed customer service but whilst their response was prompt it said too late as despatched. Luckily for me the postcode and unambiguous area meant she still received them, but I see other reviews have not been so lucky, I guess it is the drawback of such a fast and efficient service but- double check!!! I think the company should ensure the drop down is more accurate given their fast turn over and inability to rectify, as with all other online services I use, hence the lost star.
